Terms of Sale

1. Provider and scope

These Terms govern the distance subscription to Vodyra Creator sold by Vodyra, operated by Triven Kadiata, Individual entrepreneur (Entrepreneur individuel, EI), 134 avenue des Bleuets, 93370 Montfermeil, France, SIREN 889 890 141, SIRET 889 890 141 000 27, intra-community VAT number FR60889890141. Contact: dev.triven.kadiata@gmail.com.

They apply to consumers subscribing to the current offer and supplement the Terms of Use.

2. Vodyra Creator offer

Vodyra Creator provides access to VOD analysis, moment selection, clip generation, revision, and export features. Use requires an authenticated Vodyra account.

• Price: $29 USD / month, taxes included where applicable.
• Quota: 20 hours of source VOD analyzed per Stripe billing period.
• Maximum duration: 6 hours per source VOD.
• Downloads and revisions: unlimited for generated media that is still retained, subject to its 30-day retention period.

3. Price, taxes, and payment

The displayed price is in US dollars. Stripe processes payment, billing, and applicable taxes and is the source of truth for subscription status. A billing address is required. Vodyra does not change the price based on a value sent by your browser.

4. Term and renewal

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically each billing period until canceled. The period date and status are those reported by Stripe in the Billing area.

5. Quota accounting

The verified duration of the source VOD is reserved when analysis starts. A successful Vodyra analysis consumes that duration once. If the Vodyra analysis fails, the reservation is released and the duration is not consumed. New renders, caption changes, format changes, supported adjustments, and downloads of an existing result do not consume a new analysis quota. A new analysis of a new VOD is counted normally.

6. Service performance

Access is provided after the subscription is confirmed. Before opening Stripe Checkout, Vodyra expressly asks whether you want immediate access before the end of the statutory withdrawal period. Processing time depends in particular on the VOD’s length and content and on technical providers.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel electronically from Settings → Billing by selecting “Manage / cancel subscription,” which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. The effective date and remaining access period are displayed according to the subscription status maintained by Stripe. Cancellation does not affect statutory rights already acquired.

8. Statutory 14-day withdrawal right

Where consumer law applies, you generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason. You may exercise this right using the form below or an unambiguous statement sent to the contact address.

If performance of the service begins before the end of this period at your express request, the statutory rules applicable to services already supplied remain applicable, including, where relevant, rules concerning the portion of the service performed before you communicate your decision. This request for immediate access is not presented as a general and automatic waiver of the withdrawal right.

9. Refunds and statutory rights

Except for the withdrawal right and other cases required by law or expressly granted by Vodyra, no refund is promised. You benefit from mandatory statutory guarantees and remedies applicable to digital content and services; these Terms neither exclude nor reduce them.

10. Media retention

After a successful analysis, the source VOD is removed from processing storage. Failed or abandoned uploads may remain until Cloudflare R2 applies its 30-day lifecycle. Generated heavy media expires 30 days after analysis completion; access is logically blocked at the deadline and physical deletion may then occur asynchronously. Lightweight result metadata may be retained longer.

11. Content, third-party services, and availability

You must have the necessary rights to the content processed. Clerk, Stripe, Cloudflare R2, Vercel, Modal and, at your request, social platforms participate in providing the service. Their interruptions or decisions may affect certain features. Vodyra may experience maintenance and incidents and does not guarantee uninterrupted service or a clip’s performance on a third-party platform.

12. Complaints, law, and jurisdiction

Send complaints to dev.triven.kadiata@gmail.com. French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence or the right to bring proceedings before any court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
