Terms of Use

1. Purpose of the service

Vodyra lets users upload a VOD, analyze its content, select moments, generate and adjust clips, and download them. Publication to certain social networks may be requested separately.

2. Account and eligibility

A personal account is required to use protected features. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and have the required legal capacity. If you act for a third party, you must be authorized to do so.

3. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for its lawfulness and must have all rights, licenses, and permissions required to upload, analyze, transform, download, and, where applicable, publish a VOD, including rights relating to image, voice, music, and third-party works.

You grant Vodyra a limited, non-exclusive permission, valid for the time needed, to receive, store, technically reproduce, analyze, transform, generate, return, and transmit your content solely to provide the features you request.

4. Prohibited uses

You must not use Vodyra to process or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, deceptive, malicious, or unauthorized content; circumvent service limits; compromise security; access another user’s data; or violate a third-party platform’s rules.

5. AI-assisted selection and Vodyra Score

Moment selection uses automated and AI-assisted processing based on reduced elements of the content, such as transcripts, temporal context, audio and visual signals, and candidate information. The Vodyra Score is an explanatory editorial ranking: it is neither a guarantee nor a prediction of virality, views, engagement, monetization, or performance on any platform.

6. Social publishing and third-party services

Connecting YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok is optional. Publication is attempted only after your action. You then authorize Vodyra to transmit the clip and selected options to the relevant provider. Its own terms, controls, and decisions apply; Vodyra does not guarantee that a publication will be accepted, available, or remain online.

7. Vodyra intellectual property

Vodyra and its components, excluding user content and third-party elements, remain the property of the publisher or its licensors. No right is granted other than personal use of the service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Availability, maintenance, and suspension

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, incidents, security, or technical changes. Continuous operation and specific processing times are not guaranteed. Access may be suspended for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or to comply with a legal requirement, subject to applicable mandatory rights.

9. Liability

Vodyra does not guarantee any commercial or editorial result. Any applicable limitations never deprive consumers of mandatory rights or remedies and do not apply where the law prohibits limiting liability.

10. Relationship with other terms and applicable law

These Terms govern use of the platform. Paid subscriptions are also subject to the Terms of Sale. French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence or access to any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
